- HOURS OF OPERATION – The SCC Tennis Court are open from sunrise to sunset daily from mid April (weather permitting) to Columbus Day.
- RESTRICTED USE (MEMBERS ONLY) -The Tennis Court is for the expressed use of the SCC membership and their invited guests. Members are required to accompany their guests. No unaccompanied or other persons are allowed use of the Tennis Court at any time. The Tennis Courts are to be locked at all times. The combination to the Courts can be obtained by contacting the Tennis Court Committee Chair.
- RESTRICTED USE (NON-TENNIS ACTIVITIES) -The SCC Tennis Court are to be used for playing tennis. Other activities including skateboarding, rollerblading, etc. are strictly prohibited.
- LIABILITY – Members and their guests assume all liability for their actions while using the Tennis Court.
- CHILDREN – Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the Tennis Court.
- EQUIPMENT – Members and their guest using the Tennis Courts must wear non-marking soled shoes. Black soled shoes are strictly prohibited. Members and their guests are required to provide their own racquets and tennis balls.
- PETS – Pets are not allowed inside the Tennis Court at any time. The Oak Bluffs Leash Law requires all dogs owned or kept within the limits of the Town be restrained from running around or to be kept within the immediate control of their owners or keepers at all times. Within SCC it is recommended that owners use a leash to control their dogs. Owners must pick up and dispose of pet waste while on SCC property.
