Sengekontacket Community Corporation (SCC) is a private neighborhood established in 1971 on 93 acres of prime real estate located off County Road in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.  The SCC neighborhood is nestled in and around Wiggy’s Pond (freshwater) and Sengekontacket Pond (saltwater).  It consists of 63 single-family homes and 24 condominiums.
