How fast the summer seemed to slip by this year. The arrival of the cool, clear weather on Labor Day was welcomed by all our members staying for the Fall season.

The dues for FY 2025 have just been emailed. The due date shows 7/01/23. Of course it should read 7/01/24. The amount of $ 1,100 is unchanged from last year. I hope I got all the current email addresses, but there may be one or two I missed.

It has been five years since the tennis court project was completed. This was a major effort that included a new concrete platform, a modern special painted surface, fencing, and landscaping. The painted surface has a life span of five-to-seven years. It is the same surface as the professional tennis courts, which are often replaced annually.

The Annual Meeting of Sengekontacket Community Corporation will meet Saturday, July 8, 2023, to vote on increasing the size of the Board of Directors and to select new directors for the coming fiscal year.
